Ruta G se une a las celebraciones por el Día Internacional de la Mujer con un programa muy particular que busca rendir homenaje al talento de algunas de las mejores chefs y emprendedoras en la ciudad de Cuenca. Se trata de la ruta “Mujeres, Poder y Cocina” a llevarse a cabo el sábado 7 de marzo de 2020.
El programa arrancará a las 10h00 en el local “Madame” de Rocío Valencia, en donde los participantes podrán dialogar con esta destacada chef sobre sus experiencias y el concepto que maneja en su local, en donde además degustarán un delicioso “brunch”.
La experiencia continuará en “La Chichería”, en donde la chef Tatiana Rodríguez compartirá sobre la particular visión con la que maneja su negocio basado en productos provenientes de cultivos agroecológicos pertenecientes a mujeres agricultoras de nuestra zona. Luego de la degustación de deliciosas tapas y bebidas con el toque tan particular de “La Chichería”, las integrantes de Las Mercedes Folklore expondrán su emprendimiento inspirado en la “Chola Cuencana” a los asistentes, rifando entre ellos artículos de su autoría.
La ruta continuará con un taller muy especial en “Warmikuna” en donde su propietaria, Catalina Abad, compartirá interesantes tips de cocina al tiempo que elabora con la participación de los asistentes un delicioso almuerzo. Además aquí se contará con la presencia de la nutricionista María del Carmen Velázquez, quien ofrecerá una breve charla sobre nutrición para mujeres, con enfoque en salud hormonal, salud integral en la mujer y alimentos que realzan la belleza de piel y cabello.
Se concluirá con broche de oro al degustar un exquisito postre vegano preparado por Paola Morocho de Zatua Miski, quien compartirá con los asistentes algunos secretos y ventajas de la alimentación vegana.

Ruta G join the celebrations for International Women’s day with a very particular programme that seeks to pay tribute to the talent of some of the best chefs and entrepreneurs in the city of Cuenca. This is the route "Women, Power and Kitchen" to be held on Saturday March 7, 2020.
The program will start at 10:00 a.m. at the "Madame" restaurant of Rocío Valencia, where the participants will be able to talk with this outstanding chef about their experiences and the concept she manages in her restaurant, where they will also enjoy a delicious brunch.
The experience will continue in "La Chichería", where the chef Tatiana Rodríguez will share the particular vision with which she manages her business based on products from agro-ecological crops belonging to women farmers in our area. After the tasting of delicious tapas and drinks with the particular touch of "La Chicheria", the members of Las Mercedes Folklore will present their enterprise inspired by the "Chola Cuencana" to the attendees, raffling among them articles of their authorship.
The route will continue with a very special workshop in "Warmikuna" where its owner, Catalina Abad, will share interesting cooking tips while she prepares a delicious lunch with the participation of the attendees. Also present will be nutritionist María del Carmen Velazquez, who will give a brief talk on nutrition for women, focusing on hormonal health, integral health in women and foods that enhance the beauty of skin and hair.
The event will end with a delicious vegan dessert prepared by Paola Morocho from Zatua Miski, who will share with the attendees some secrets and advantages of the vegan diet.
