The routes are classified into three levels of difficulty: Low, Medium and High. Those of low difficulty can be covered with children and older adults who are in good physical condition. You can even take your pet if he is physically ready (don't forget to constantly hydrate him).

Those of medium difficulty are not recommended for children or older adults who have no experience in hiking; while those of high difficulty require experience in mid-mountain hiking, a good sense of orientation and an excellent physical condition. For a couple of routes, you will even have access to an experienced guide.

Remember that your experience will be even better, if you talk with the inhabitants of the different sectors, you can tell them where you want to go and you can also learn about the lifestyle in the rural communities of the Canton.
